To participate in the Volunteer Training please complete the following 2 items:

SAGE Volunteer Application

(Application is a pdf form requiring the free Adobe Reader)

Missouri Family Caregiver Screening  (Required before you can begin volunteering. Requires $10 registration fee. Once you have completed and receive your results, please send the SAGE office at the address above.)

Once you have completed the SAGE Volunteer Application & Missouri Family Caregiver Screening, the SAGE office will be contacting you for a phone screening and to set up an interview.

Join SAGE for dinner at Spaghetteria for a wonderful Italian Dinner with friends. 25% of the proceeds from dine-in dinner service will benefit the work of SAGE Metro St. Louis.

Everyone had a blast at our first SAGE Trivia Night last year so we’re doing it again. Join us for the fun as area teams test their knowledge at our 2nd Annual SAGE Trivia Night. We’re “Home of the 3-Hour Trivia”.

We’ll have cash prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place tables, a 50/50 Raffle, Bonus Games, Mulligans, a Silent Auction and a Cash Bar.
